Errors
Error format and status codes.
Errors use one JSON shape. code is stable and meant for programs; message is for people and
may change.

| 400 | invalid_request, invalid_cursor | A parameter is missing or malformed. |
| 401 | unauthorized | No API key, or it is invalid, expired or revoked. |
| 403 | forbidden | The key lacks the needed permission. |
| 404 | not_found | No such object for this account, or no endpoint. |
| 413 | request_too_large | The request body is over 1 MB. |
| 429 | rate_limited | Too many requests. Wait for Retry-After. |
| 500 | internal_error | Something went wrong on our side. Retry later. |
Objects that belong to other accounts return 404, never 403.
